Vendor Guidelines for the Flea

Will there be available times the day before the flea to set up?

Yes we will allow early setup the day before starting at 2pm until 7pm. We will start setup on Saturday morning around 6am

When can I set up?

Setup

Setup will be available Friday Afternoon from 2pm-7pm. For October setup will be available on Wednesday 2pm-7pm

Is overnight camping allowed the night before or after the Flea?

Yes, overnight camping will be allowed the night before, but there is no overnight camping after the Flea. Parking is free.

Is electricity available?

Electricity is not provided for the event.

Are refunds available for my space if I can't make it to setup at the Flea?

All payments are nonrefundable.

Payments are also not transferable to another market date.

Is early packing allowed?

We do not allow any early packing of your booth. All vendors should remain open until closing time at 4 pm. Early packing may result in future reservations being cancelled.

Where are the restrooms?

Restrooms are located on the North side of the exhibit hall and in the first building north of the covered pavilion.

Will there be alcohol offered for sale during the Flea?

The Fountain County Fairgrounds has a policy that prohibits the consumption or sale of alcohol on the grounds.

Are wholesale products allowed?

We do not allow booths to have products that are purchased wholesale and are being resold.

Vendors selling the following are welcome at the Fountain County Flea:

  • Antiques & vintage
  • Vintage & handmade furniture
  • Handmade goods
  • Home decor mixed with vintage
  • Fresh produce, flowers, & farmers market goods
  • Bakery treats & small batch foods

We welcome both merchandised displays & old-school flea market spaces with lots of finds to sort through & discover. Most importantly we're looking for clean booths filled with interesting goods.

No direct sales are allowed

Included in our definition of direct sales businesses:

  • Direct to consumer companies such as Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Paparazzi, Colorstreet, & doTERRA
  • Products purchased through wholesale catalogs for resale
  • Home improvement businesses such as construction contractors, duct cleaning services, or roof & gutter companies
  • Chiropractor services, home health companies, or personal wellness aids
  • Political candidates

Fundraising groups from local schools or scout troops may be allowed at our discretion. Please contact us in advance to be considered

  • Outside

    12 x 12 parking lot space

    $50 each

    Outside vendors will need to provide their own tents if desired

  • Inside

    10 x 12 indoor space

    $75 each

    Inside spaces are inside the exhibit building

  • Covered Pavilion

    12 x12 Open Air Barn Space

    $75 each

    Spaces have a roof but not sides on the building
